| WRS – Transparent
Silicone Sealant/Compound. Works under water. |

WRS Hybrid Sealant bonds
and seals between metal (ferrous & non ferrous) painted
or unpainted and plastic surfaces. It can be used instead
of Silicones and Polyurethanes in manufacturing and maintenance
applications where surface moisture prevents bonding.
Gives tough and flexible bonds and can be painted over
within 60 seconds of application. Ideal for sealing GRP
panel joints, even in presence of seawater, sealing hatch
and window frames, bonding between plastics and metals
to absorb vibration, waterproofing joints etc. The excellent
clarity of clear WRS enables it to be
used on joints after painting. WRS Hybrid
Sealant can also be used on flexible joints (up to 10%)
and many more applications. WRS Hybrid
Sealant has no Health & Safety implications when used
in a production environment. When cured WRS
Hybrid Sealant has a Shore A Hardness of +/- 15. |

XL45 has excellent adhesion
to most surfaces including aluminium, steel, plastics,
wood, concrete, GRP composites etc. and is used to seal
and bond aluminium and steel sheets, vehicle bodywork,
boat structures and ships, plastic and metal window and
door. |

| AC Jet
hybrid – Rubber Solution, Thixotropic Cyanoacrylate Adhesive
with activator. |

AC Jet is a high viscosity
cyanoacrylate gel with gap filling capability. It gives
fast cures on the majority of industrial substrates and
is particularly suitable for bonding rubbers, metals and
plastics. Due to its thixotropic nature, AC
Jet will not run out of large gaps and can be applied
on to vertical surfaces. This capability makes it suitable
for mounting components even when cylindrically shaped.
AC Jet is a single component, easy to
use and cures very rapidly at room temperature. It has
good moisture and solvent resistance. |

AC Jet is based on a blend
of ethyl cyanoacrylate, acrylic polymer and rubber filler.

AC Activator may be applied
by aerosol spray or wiped on to surfaces to be brought
into contact with the AC Jet adhesive.
The activator will very rapidly accelerate the curing
of the AC jet adhesive. |
