Safety specialist Survival Craft Inspectorate presented with Queen’s Award
Global marine safety specialist Survival Craft Inspectorate was yesterday presented with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise by the Lord-Lieutenant of Kincardineshire, Carol Kinghorn.
The prestigious Innovation award was bestowed in recognition of Survival Craft’s Safelaunch lifeboat release and retrieval system designed to offer protection against unintentional launches.

Great Yarmouth base for marine safety specialist Survival Craft Inspectorate
Marine safety specialist Survival Craft Inspectorate has opened a base in Great Yarmouth to meet growing demand from oil and gas clients operating in the Southern North Sea sector.
The company has invested £750,000 in staffing and equipping premises on the Harfreys Industrial Estate and has already secured a major SNS contract worth £3.5 million.
