Our commitment to service and product quality is reflected in our award of the quality management standard ISO 9001:2008 by Bureau Veritas.  All our inspection and testing procedures are developed and controlled in compliance with the standard.  This includes records retention, quality inspections, quality control, internal audits, and staff training and competency assessments.

We are equally committed to a zero injury safety target, based on compliance with the guidelines of OHSAS 18001.  Comprehensive risk assessments and safety plans have been developed, and our service engineers trained in onshore and offshore safety procedures.

A zero target also exists for environmental incidents: we have in place management procedures which are based on compliance with the guidelines of ISO 14001 and are included in risk assessments, HSE plans and staff training.

This commitment to robust QHSE practices is reflected in our relevant policies, and in annual reviews of the effectiveness of our policies and the performance levels we have attained.
